These terms govern your use of thegrinderpumpguys.com and our internal software tools, including our QuickBooks Online integration (together, the “Services”), provided by The Grinder Pump Guys, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Website use
- Information on this site, including pricing, is general and may change. Quotes and pricing for your job are confirmed in your estimate or invoice.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or interfere with its operation.
- Site content, logos and branding belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Service work
Plumbing, sewer, septic and related work is governed by the estimate, invoice, warranty and any written agreement for that job. If those documents conflict with these terms, the job documents control.
QuickBooks integration (end-user license)
The “Grinder Pump Guys Claude Connector” is a private application licensed only to The Grinder Pump Guys, LLC and its authorized personnel for use with the company’s own QuickBooks Online account. It is not sold, distributed or made available to anyone else.
- License: a limited, non-transferable, revocable right for authorized company personnel to use the application for internal accounting and reporting.
- Restrictions: no sublicensing, resale, or use with any other QuickBooks company.
- Data: handled as described in our Privacy Policy. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.; Intuit is not responsible for this application.
- Disconnecting: access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online.
Third-party services
The Services link to or rely on third parties (such as Jobber, Intuit QuickBooks and Cloudflare). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Disclaimers
The website and software tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties on our service work are only those stated in your job documents.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or software tools.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
